Strength doesn't have a look. It doesn't have an age, a body type, or a background. I've built my practice around one belief: the right programming works for anyone willing to show up — and it's my job to figure out what “right” means for you specifically.

My client list tells the story better than I can. I train my own 60-year-old mother, who picked up a barbell for the first time in her life two years ago and hasn't looked back. I train a 78-year-old woman focused on staying strong, mobile, and independent well into her later years. And on the other end of the spectrum, I work with a 17-year-old competing in an elite athletics program, building the strength foundation his sport demands.

Three completely different people. Three completely different programs. The same commitment to getting it right. Whatever your starting point, your shape, your history — there's a version of this that works for you.
