Strength doesn't have a look. It doesn't have an age, a body type, or a background. I've built my practice around one belief: the right programming works for anyone willing to show up — and it's my job to figure out what “right” means for you specifically.
My client list tells the story better than I can. I train my own 60-year-old mother, who picked up a barbell for the first time in her life two years ago and hasn't looked back. I train a 78-year-old woman focused on staying strong, mobile, and independent well into her later years. And on the other end of the spectrum, I work with a 17-year-old competing in an elite athletics program, building the strength foundation his sport demands.
